[Resolved] Zestmoney — very disappointing with zest money | |
I mistakenly put a loan request with zestmoney and also raised cancellation request within 10 minutes about that to them by their chat system they taken my request and said that within 48 hours it will be cancelled we are contacting merchant to confirm, i have not used any of the voucher they provided to me but till now they not gave any respone to my mails and when i try to call him it says extension 8003 or 4 or5 is unavailable. No one is available to take call and give solution to customer. I am really very disappointed with zest money. Was this information helpful? | |

After that i again called zest money but i got phone connected after a long time and again same their assistant told me and said to me to wait for 10 days.
Really i am very very disappointed with what i had done and why i choose this service and every day i am feeling harassed.
