Zestmoney — Voucher code approved by fraud

I never applied for a voucher code of 17466 And now I got a message that your loan approved. I immediately call to customer care that this loan is not taken by me they telling me that used voucher canoot be cancel. But why this loan is not taken by me anyone fraudly taken it so why I will pay for this. Below I attached screenshot of this transaction which shows in app +1 photos Was this information helpful?
