[Resolved]  Zestmoney — voucher not yet received for amazon

I have a credit balance of 38000/- in my zest account and on 10-10-18 at 11.00 pm i applied for an amazon voucher for 35000/-. I have already uploaded my signature for nach. But there is no reply from zestmoney till now. It's been 36 hrs and still i did'nt got my code. As i want to book a phone from amazon and its flash sale, please help and support me at the earliest.

Please make my voucher ready.

You people said within 24 hrs will get my voucher code but still i didn't received and now you are saying another 24 days. This is not the right thing to do
