[Resolved] Zestmoney — worst customer support/unprofessional team | |||
Hi, I had couple of loans running with Zest Money and one of which was Application ID : AKUG889457 for Amazon vocher. For initial few months they were debeting the money from my bank and later on it got stopped. Couple of month i spoke to some one and paid manually and requested them to have the issue resolved as i dont have sufficient time to go ahead and pay manually and more over talk to some professional people. Later they never debited 3 months of EMI were in i had Balance in my account. Now they started to call me for the payment collection however i had explained every issue which is happening with the account to the person whoever called and informed him the plan of action. Post with today on[protected] there was a different lady who called in and i was trying to explain her the same for which she was not ready to listen, so i aked her to proceed legealy for which she response was you dont have money to pay us how can you pay legal fee and she did mention shame on you and other things this which i never understood and i was insulted by that lady over the phone . I did reach back the same number and exchange couple of words but the lady other end dosent have manners how to talk to there customer and she did said the same words again which is not accpectable. Being a service provider its your responsablity to talk to your customers respectfully and properly. However in my case the mistake is at your end were in you guys have not debited the money from my account and still talk unprofessionaly over the phone with customers, more over i have my bank statment which says there was no EMI reflected for the same and there is no Bounces in my account. I would request some one to look into this issue if not zestmoney as a company will be lossing customer's and name as well. I would like to talk to someone form the team before i take further decision on how to proceed with the situation happened to me today. Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||
