My Sodexo card got credited and I started receiving messages that my PIN got blocked because some transaction was made from it three times with wrong PIN number.
I didn't do any of those transactions and my card is safe with me.
Now I tried to change my PIN using the app but I forgot my password and then they ask for a registered email ID, which I tried but it wasn't working. So I mailed, and got a response that within 48 hrs it will be resolved.
But it has been around a week and I have mailed them numerous times asking about the update, but zero response.
This is so not expected from a company with such name. I am disappointed to my core, and my money is stuck.
