I had Zeta Rupay Prepaid card during my stay in my last company and there is close to 9000 balance amount in my card and i didn't used it in last two years but suddenly on April 2022, the balance amount is reclaimed by Zeta and not settling amount yet.

I been sending the mails and looking for more details on my balance amount settlement but its not happening and six months they keep me waiting without any update or response.

Looking for help and response on my query ASAP

    I received a new card and I am not able to activate the card. In zeta the card shows permanently blocked.

      I am trying to login to my sodexo account as it has some amount and I want to withdraw that. I cannot reset the password and when I reached out to the customer support, no one has responded back to me to help me with the login issue.

        I left my organization 1.5 years back and was using my Zeta card, but suddenly all the balance gone 0 and they never intimated me about anything. This is a fraud and nobody responding.

          Address: Zeta Kotak Sodexo

          I have a Zeta Kotak card provided by my company. The card is vaild till Sep 2026 and there is sufficiednt balance, My payment was declined on April 03 2022. I cannot reach the company and there is no response to the servie request raised.Please assit in getting the funds back.
          Did you got any help or response? The similar thing happened with me too.

            My zeta card is not working and it has lot of balance.
            I got a mail from February that my balance will expire on 31st march.
            Can't reach out to customer care as well.
            Please help for this financial loss.

              Hi,

              I had made a payment of Rs 3500 on 6th January 2022. The money has debited from my bank account but yet to credited in Zeta account.
              My Bank has confirmed the transaction was successful.
              I had contacted Zeta support team many time and I haven't received any response or credit my money.
              I am writing this with lots of disappointment as I haven't received a response from Zeta.

              Looking forward to hearing from you and expecting a earliest action.

                My Sodexo card got credited and I started receiving messages that my PIN got blocked because some transaction was made from it three times with wrong PIN number.
                I didn't do any of those transactions and my card is safe with me.
                Now I tried to change my PIN using the app but I forgot my password and then they ask for a registered email ID, which I tried but it wasn't working. So I mailed, and got a response that within 48 hrs it will be resolved.

                But it has been around a week and I have mailed them numerous times asking about the update, but zero response.

                This is so not expected from a company with such name. I am disappointed to my core, and my money is stuck.

                  Hello,
                  There are many issues with the zeta app, available stores are inaccessible, show many payment failures, 'QR code' scan shows payment failure
                  Moreover the concerns are not addressed and responded promptly via emails service tickets are closed without acknowledgement, no direct reach via phone helpline

                    Discontinuation of Sodexo Program

                    Hello,
                    Reg: Zeta Meal Vouchers - Sodexo benefits program
                    I had been issued Zeta meal vouchers of Sodexo from my company.
                    I received a message on 12th Nov'21 about using my balance in Zeta that the Sodexo program may be discontinued in 31st December'21.

                      I have unused Zeta balance which was credited in by my employer Honeywell India Inc. I am writing emails to Zeta - 1st to Support team . After explaining the complete case and exchanging multiple emails they asked me to get in touch with the Card team & the whole stories started again. I explained them everything and they enquiry about my company details etc ect. and exchanged multiple emails .
                      Now after several emails they against asking me to write email to support team . When I replied your support has already to write to you now you asking sending me back . Then they to contact my HR team however my HR has simply said they already credited amount in my Zeta account & we have nothing to do with it now. Since this was your salary past and is successful credited to Zeta account .

                      I dont where to go now & how to resolve this issue . I have 24K Rs. As unused in Zeta account as confirmed by Zeta support team but they are holding it unethically and harassing me .
                      Requesting you to kindly look into this matter as like many other employee might also be facing such harassing me in getting their hard earned money .

                          Sodexo Overtook Zeta. However Zeta and Sodexo have not done Handover and Takeover is the correct way. In this Corona Pandemic they play with customer accounts and balance. They have set my Reward Point to Zero. If Sodexo overtook work then why have all accounts not been settled correctly ?I am feeling cheated. So Sodexo and Zeta seem to be in the market to do Fraud ?

                            My Zeta card is blocked from one month. I tried to contact customer service several times but no usefull reponse i got. Still my account is in blocked state and i am not able to use the card for my purchases.

                            The customer service is very irresposible, I dropped a mail with details along with screen shot. But still there is no response from them about 15 days.

                              I have worked for multinational companies but I never came across such an idiotic silly questions which Zeta organisation is asking me to claim my benefits which my company is giving me even after providing relevant documents I I wonder Zeta organisation even know how to run a company or how to take care of employees questions I have submitted claims with relevant document 5 times in the still they are giving me silly reasons I don't know how the call centre have been trained the employees to understand English or not but it is high time that zeta takes care of the silly issues which they are throwing up on other employees just because their company is tied up with Zeta... trust me if I have another alternative I would change in next second

                                I done a transaction on 23 Feb 2020 on myntra through PayPal by zeta debit card and I cancel the order on same date after 4-5 days PayPal shows money is refunded in payment source but I not received the money in zeta wallet . I contact to zeta but I still not receive the amount .The dispute amount is 527rs .

                                    Due to kyc failure, since february 2019, the amount is not credited to my zeta card. But they are continually receiving the money from my employer. Even after successful submission of kyc also, they are telling so many reasons and not release the money to my zeta card or either revoke the money to my employer account.
                                    Really frustrated with their customer support. They are simply stealing our money. This kind of fraudulence activity should be stopped by the law.

                                        I have a balance of around rs 2000 on my meal voucher card. However when i tried using it, the transaction declined. When i tried uploading my food bills and claim the amount, it did not proceed. My 2000 is stuck.
                                        I cannollt even edit my profile. The screen goes blank. If the card has been suspended how do i get my rs 2000 back.

                                              On 31st oct 2017 2600 rs, i transferred from zeta acc. To my icici credit card but it was declined. I tried for 2 times and the same thing occurred. Then i tried in the hdfc account but no message came and from my cash card plus 2600 rs got deducted. I want to know where has that 2600 bucks went? Bz i have not got a single penny.                                                   While use the card, it shows "Calling for HR" and denied to debit the amount from card.

                                                  Kindly have a look over this and solve this problem as early as possible.
