Ziffy Homes — deceiving clients & not releasing security refund

I would like to report against ziffy homes which has been creating many troubles for me. I moved into their property by end of june and gave them enough time to repair and fix everything but the day i moved in everything was out of order. The property was poorly maintained since the current residents rented it out but stayed somewhere else and i had to call, mail ziffy several times a day to ask them to fix it. They have shown a very careless attitude towards every problem. They also force you to write good review fr them. They send people for repair work as per their convenience they can send someone at 10.30 pm or they can just decide to make us wait and no show up. After 1 month of constant nagging, pushing, frustrations, follow ups.. Not once did ziffy decide to call themselves to ask if everything was fixed ias if it was my responsibility to fix the property. After 1 and half month i started maintaining property fixed it on my end on my expenditure only to receive mail by ziffy 1 month later that owners want to deboard the property not even giving 1 month notice. We had to force them to extend notice as it was not 1 month notice as per contract and the license period was 11 month. There was so many lies and miscommunication by ziffy. The owners tried to convey many messages through ziffy but they didnt reach to us as we were not given each other number. Now that we have moved out they are not refunding our security amount, they told me to accept deductions and will pay on same day and pushed me to give banking detail to close matter. Once i confirmed amount and gave banking details they stopped receiving calls or responding to mail. I called them numerous time and sent many mails but received no response from them. They are trying to avoid every communication mode in regards to refund. If someone receives they put me on hold for 6-10 min during ofc hrs. Since they didnt respect 11 month notice period we were left with no choice but move to another property which again will require security and rent for new property. Their unprofessional behaviour has caused a lot of disruption. Plz report them coz of all the problems they have been creating for me.
