Zing Digital — Have done minimum subscription still not able to view the channels

I have subscribed with minimum rs. 200 as I needed the service for two weeks only. Didn't receive the malayalam channels. Now they are saying box needs migration and then received call from dish customer care and they confirmed it's free of cost service and box... Now again today I called they are saying it costs 450 rs and service also is charageable... I told them on my first call if I had understood.. I wont have recharged.. I must have called some 20 times till today to zing tv customer care... This type of services are due to monopoly or our dependence due to the different umbrella we use... Dish umbrellas also should be like sim porting.. Means same umbrella we can use other connections also.. Then their this kind o[censored]nnecessary cost will end.
