[Resolved]  Zing Digital — closed the complaint without letting me know

Dear Sir \ Madam, On 14/5/2012 I purchased new Zing digital for my home having VC No -[protected] The subject matter is that from yesterday morning no cable connection available in my home which is I raised the complain to the customer care . But all the time I receive a phone call from the customer care that your complain is resolves and closed, but I never come to know how they resolve and closed the complain without letting me know about the same. In their communication every time the mention that we have checked and found there is not any mistake in connectivity. . . So I request trai to take some hard action against such companies (Dish TV) which raises false commitment and try to fool their customers by making best service provider. This is not the kind of service please let me know what action I need to take I appreciate your attention in this matter else I have no choice to file a complaint in consumer court . I have paid Rs.420 for recharge at Dish TV dealer at Palakollu and got message and the transaction ID[protected] and got message as My Next Recharge Date is[protected].But in TV my Account was not updated and themessage coming as to recharge immediately, and informing as to unplugged on[protected] Please rectify it.I contacted customer care by email and phone but no use. What can I do?

On 18/12/15 I have paid Rs.250 for recharge at zing digital dealer at belpada, Odisha and got message but I not get the total channel that provide by your zing package ANAND PACK.What can I do for this problem.Other wise I have no choice to file a complaint in consumer court.
