I have recharged the zing pack of Rs 188 after connecting with zing customer care, but when checked i wasnt able to see the channel. But i contacted again i received the reply that the alignment was wrong and they will send the technician soon, its been more than 7 days since the recharge and the technician hasnt come and they are duducting the charged unfairly.
