Zingbus — Wrong Information and charge amount by fraud

I booked AC BUS seat but they provided me non AC bus they charged me bus fare as according AC bus and also they provided information to me regarding AC bus but at the time of boarding bus they provided me non AC bus and also bus staff it's also not good person it's totally unsafe as according my experience. I am girl and I trust on consumer forum so, please do against on these types of travel service provider.
