Zipker.com — poor service of the shopping site | |||
I ordered a gown from zipker.com on 4.10.18 worth rupees 1099 including shipping charges.on 10.10.18 they deliever the product., but after opening the package i got very dissapointed the dress material quality is very bad also there is a damage in the dress, the embroidery is also not according to the picture shown in the figure immediately i registered the return request but after 5 days the status is same after that i mail them they give me a ticket number and a help desk number with an executive named meenu sharma promising me that she will help me but it has been 10 days as i am constantly mailing them but they are not listening and didn't take any action they are making me fool and i am getting mentally disturbed after this incident also they show a free gift worth on the site but i haven't received it yet .my order number is[protected] taffeta silk embroiderd semi stitched gown.i want my money back as i am not satisfied with the product please help me Was this information helpful? | |||

I had purchased lehenga choli which is different as shown for ppicture on zipker and when i am trying to call there is no response
