I was seller of zipker.com, we sold our products on this website, but they not paid our sold products payment to us, we try to contact them many times but they are not responding, hence requesting you to please help us to get this money back to us.

      I ordered two products nd both d products were of poor quality nd wrong items ..I tried to contact zipker bt no response..there is no contact nu of those fraud people..nd they don’t reply on mail also..they r making indian people fool by showing another products and sending cheap one ..this website should be banned in india and all the claims of customer should b resolved soon

      I ordered a saree ..bt d quality of saree is very much cheap..I hv tried to contact fr d exchange or refund bt nothing is done yet..all d contact nu of zipker company is either switch off or wrong nu...its a fraud company..making innocent people fool nd taking their hard earned money

        I was a seller at zipker. They told me that the payment cycle is of 15 days and i started working with them shipped products as per the orders received on their seller panel. But no payment received till 1 month. Then i started asking for paymnets. They blocked my seller panel and stopped responding to my e-mails and calls. Where should i go? I have shipped prodcts worth rs 25000 but not received a single penny, they are a bunch of cheaters who are cheating the customers as well as sellers associated with them

          I have placed a order of saree on 3rd feb. They provide me the airway Bill No/Tracking Number of bledart: [protected]. I have contacted bluedart and came to know that my courier has been returned by bluedart to seller. I have contacted on mail so many times with zipker but no one is responding.

            I have ordered online one item vide order no[protected]. They have supply wrong item and while returning the request is pending since 16 days. Numbers displays for customer care are not existing. Only email are working. If i send email then one ticket is opened and after one hour it is automatically closed. No response after that. Return request is still under process. Pls stop the services of zipker to stop fraud. Thanks

              I have order a dress through zipker on 28 dec even i contacted them through watsapp and they have properly help me in placing that's order. But the dress i received is completely different and even defected piece. So i raised an inquiry to return the order and refund the amount of rs. 1499 but i have not heard anything from them. After that any of the number provided showed not existing. Nowhere i can see they can help me.
              So i request you to look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                My issue is still not resolved. They have fraud with my product. I had ordered a suit of worth rs. 1400 but got a suit cheaper than that and of bad quality. The suit that i ordered was of white colour but i got a suit of blue floral colour and it was faded and dull. Moreover, when i checked in my order list, there was no returning policy. There were 3 phone numbers given in return menu, but none of the 3 numbers were existing. I tried too...

                  I have ordered wine coloured dress on 24th of nov. i have received it on 5th dec and when i saw that dress it was completely different s shown in picture. on the same day i sent mails to return it and still im sending so many mails but there is no response from them. i have paid 1098 Rs. and it was worth less... i want money back... please help

                    Respected sir/madam
                    I was purchase a crop top lagegha from zipker site for rs1800. But i'm not satisfied with the product quality. Same day i was file a returning application but he was not responding at all. There contacts are also not responding at this manner. They can't give any response about my problems. At this time after waiting 10 days they can't give any response about my complain they can't gave my refund.

                      I ordered a dress Amounting R's. 1299 from zipker.com. they delivered a damage product and so I tried to return that one. But there is no any response from them also theirs contact number not working. What kind of business they are doing. They have very good website but no contact number.

                        I ordered a mustard coloured kurti. On 20 november. But i received totally different kurti. Because i ordered mustered colour and they delivered me a vibrant yellow colour which is not looking even normal.. I can't wear it home also.. And i paid 1100 for it.. After this i will never do online shopping.. This is like fraud happend with us.. I pray that this company will bear too much lose one day.... I tried for return on same day 20 nov.. Till now iam not getting response.. The phone numbers given in website are always closed... I am feeling cheated now.. I want yo go consumer court because i am an advocate this is very insulting to get cheated.

                          I have purchased an item from zipker but it is totally different from the image shown on the website they r not responding i want my money back i have submitted a refund request and they are not doing any thing this is totally a fake site.                             I ordered 3 dresses in zipker total worth of 3500. All the three items are completely different from what i have ordered for. When asking for return of the items and refund of money, they are not responding and the wrong goods are still with me. 2 of the 3 items are completely different and the third one is a completely different color and material than that is shown in the website.                                 I bought a crop top lengha on 13th september 2019, and1 got it on 23rd, i returned it on 25th with all the information they wanted but they are not responding and every time they copy and paste same thing please be patient how can i be patient they have done fraud with me.. Today is 30th october 2019.. Till now i have send them 30+e mail.. And every time when i try to call them they are super busy or not reachable and no. Do not exist... What the hell is wrong with zipker... Don't force me to file a complaint against zipker.. So now i want the product of my order id[protected] should be picked up at the earliest. As your team is unnecessarily harrassing the customers but drafting beautiful lines on your website about the customer service but it is not capable of arranging a smile pick up. The service is very poor.

                                      I ordered a dress on 30th september and they said the delivery would be done in 5 days.
                                      And i kept asking them on the whatsapp customer service about the delivery status
                                      And they kept saying wait for 1-2 days constantly.
                                      And then after 10 days i ask them where is my product
                                      They say due to some technical issues the delivery is slow.
                                      And days passed by. I kept waiting because i really needed that dress for diwali.
                                      So i even complained on the mail but there is no response at all in mail.
                                      And then last week i ask them if the site is even legal or is it fake?
                                      They say my order is cancelled!
                                      Like seriously? After a month of constant
                                      "please wait for 1-2 days" they say my order is cancelled??
                                      And when i asked for my refund, they are ignoring my messages.
                                      Is this some kind of a joke?
                                      I need my 1549/- back!
