[Resolved]  Zipker Online Services — trying to return 2 sarees

Hi, i purchased 2 sarees from zipker last month and the quality is really bad. I have been trying to return them but no one from customer service is responding. The attached image is the last response i got from their customer service. I even emailed [protected]@zipker.com as it was given in their website to email them if customer service is not responding. I even messaged them on instagram while they were active on the page and tried calling them on instagram but they are not responding. All their phone numbers given on their website and other websites are always switched off or not reachable. I need to return the products and get my refund. They can't promise a return and refund policy and not respond when i email them about returning.
