Zipker.com — return request not entertained | |||||
I ordered a saree from zipker.com but it was slightly different from what was shown online so i filed a return request on the site and the request hasn't been entertained till now. It has been more than a month and the status is still pending. I ordered the saree on 29th october, 18, received on 3rd november and filed the return request on the same day. I have even mailed them several times, called the customer care but there was no response. Please help getting my refund asap. I assure the product is unused. Was this information helpful? | |||||
