Zipker.com — Return the product which is sent by cheated

I have oderd some products that is saree and dress there was so many problems in those products and the dress was sended wrong and the saree was totally different from the image
So now i want to return it back i have complained and mailed to zipker customer care id but no one responsed and i have tryed calling to customer care no. But no one responsed at all so please do some necessary arrangement my no. Is [protected]. Please please cooperate with me please.
