Hi I ordered a lehenga on 27th of feb and it came on 20th of feb. The material and the color of the lehenga is totally different from what i saw on website, the material is very worst and the color is very bright. The order number is[protected] I am trying to call them but it is always busy and no response for my email This is the fake contact number and email id which they gave (Please feel free to contact us at [protected]@zipker.Com or by phone at +91 [protected].) My wife has ordered a Saree and we didnt liked the same when it got delivered. Struggling strong to return it but Customer Care is saying "We would return it only if its damaged". Is it anywhere written on their website?

-I am trying to call them after I received a product but no one is picking up my call and also no response for my email.

-please take back the dress and return my amount back
