The Picture shown of the product on the website and product delivered do not match. Leave aside colour, neither fabric not dimensions nothing matches with the picture shown. I sent them a return email within 1 hour of delivery of product. This ticket generation email was sent in less than a minute but no further follow up. Return policy clearly says that, send an email and return procedure would be initiated. Photo attached for reference
