I have received a wrong product. I have ordered Padmavat golden earring as per attachment in document 1 and I have received something different earrings as per attached photo in document 2. I have raised a complaint through mail ticket no. 179544 but not single reply has been received from the company. Kindly help me to get the refund of the same
