Hi,
here is the details
purchased date : 20th Sep
1st ticket raised for shipment : 1st Oct.
1st cc reply on 4th Oct till that time shipment was already reverted back to them.
Continues chasing from 5th Oct till today.
Tried checking in whatsapp no one replying.
Almost raised 8 tickets but customer care just close all without telling the reason in there portal. Send 18-20 emails but again same no response from them. Finally i raised a dispute with my bank. I dnt understand what is so difficult to refund of the clothes which is already with them from more than 20 days and why cant Customer care reply its not about the money its about my energy and time waste.
