Description - i have ordered dress material from zipker.com, which was delivered on 12th October, but i found the quality of that dress was very cheap which i have couriered back to zipker and returned it. Since that day i am waiting for cash refund however i always get the statement from zipker that money return will be initiated very soon. Its been approx a month but i still didnt receive my money. I would request to return my money as soon as possible. Its high time. They cannot sit like this taking my money and product both.

Actually few days back i have also ordered a product from Zipker which was not as per my expectation so i returned and i received the refund (RS.2600)as well.
Request you to please follow the correct steps.
Please mail them at [protected]@zipker.com keeping
[protected]@zipker.com &
[protected]@zipker.com in cc along with the image of the product.I am sure they will respond.
Please check your status at Zipker.freshdesk.com.
