Zipker Online Services — Money not refunded

I ordered a Black Gown costed around Rs.1299 + 79 Handing Charges + 30 Services charges. I order i received was completely different from the pictures which was displayed in the website, so I requested them to process my refund.
In the website it was mentioned that they have 'EASY RETURN' policy which is practically not true. They asked to courier the product to Surat which took Rs. 375 again. i did that.
Now they are not responding to calls and mails.
please help me..this fake is try to cheat their customer.

P.S- They didn't issue me any receipt for my payment.
