My issue is still not resolved. They have fraud with my product. I had ordered a suit of worth rs. 1400 but got a suit cheaper than that and of bad quality. The suit that i ordered was of white colour but i got a suit of blue floral colour and it was faded and dull. Moreover, when i checked in my order list, there was no returning policy. There were 3 phone numbers given in return menu, but none of the 3 numbers were existing. I tried too many times, but everytime i failed to contact. Each time the numbers didn't existed. After many attempts, i thought of calling the delivery man. When i called the delivery man, he said that he can't do anything, regarding the returning policy, without the permission of his boss. I asked him that what can i do to return my order and to refund my money. He said that you can only contact to customer care service of zipker app. I grew in tention that what can i do now. So i wrote a complaint letter to the zipker app regarding my problem. But there was no reply. I wrote one more time, but again there was no reply for weeks. My 1500rs. Were dead. So i humbly request you to please solve my problem. You are my last hope. So please... Take my matter seriously because i don't want my money to be wasted for this cheap and rubbish suit. I want my money back as soon as possible. If there will be no response by them, then i will sue zipker app and will put a case on it for frauding me. I will be highly obliged and thankful to you.
