Dear sir I have ordered a product on zipker online shopping app but received the wrong one on 19-10-19. The product costs rs.1499. And i got the cheaper one looks like costing rs.200. I have also complained regarding this on zipker customer care but still there is no action taken from them. Kindly please help me out to get my money back. It would really be appreciable.
