I did online shopping of an Anarkali red and black suit from Zipker.com with order no.[protected] and bill amount Rs 1297/-. But i want to return the suit as I am not satisfied with the dress material.I have mailed to Zipker customer care many a times but always got a system generated reply. I have not been attented by any representative from Zipker till now.The customer care no. provided by Zipker [protected] is also not attending my calls as I am trying it for last 4 days.I want to return this package.They are only raising tickets but not doing anything actually. Please do the needful.
