Order no #[protected] i had ordered for a gown from zipker.Com few weeks back and a damaged product was delivered. The website says easy returns but the returning process is ridiculous. I tried contacting them with the number provided in the website which always seems to be busy and i could not reach them. I had also mailed them for which they replied asking me to courier that to the seller and attach the snap of the courier slip. I had couriered the parcel and sent the attachment as well after which there is no response from them. I have sent many mails escalating it to the mangers as well but could not find a solution to reach out to them

Updated by faseeha Thanks i got a reply from them few days back and they said that they have initiated the refund and il get it in 3 days its almost more than a week i dint not receive any refund.i tried calling customer care and even dropped a mail but there is no reply from them as usual
