I have ordered a product through zipker online shopping on the date of 27/12/2018 amount 1499/- COD and received it on 01/01/2019. But the product which I have received is totally different from which they have shown on website, then I have requested for refund on 01/01/2019. But they have not taken any action regarding my request till 09/01/2019. They have present themselves that easy return and within 7 days they will resolve our problem but they don't. Zipker Online Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. When we are calling zipker customer care number it is saying busy, might you zipker guys put the call in busy.
Please look in to this issue ASAP.
