Zipker Online Services — received completely different items from what I ordered

I ordered 3 dresses in zipker total worth of 3500. All the three items are completely different from what i have ordered for. When asking for return of the items and refund of money, they are not responding and the wrong goods are still with me. 2 of the 3 items are completely different and the third one is a completely different color and material than that is shown in the website. Asked for cotton and recieved some low class synthetic material
