Zipker Online Services — refund my money as I want to return the product | |
Hi, my name is pranitha i have purchased one saree from zipker app worth rs. 1000. When i received it, the quality of the saree was worst and even colour is not good. So i requested them for the return and they asked me the bank details and all i just gave them all details. And the status is always pending only. When i tried to contact them through call, the numbers are always switched off. And i have mailed the same issue many times but there was no reply at all. Please make aure they refund my money asap. And the order id is[protected]
