I have order a dress through zipker on 28 dec even i contacted them through watsapp and they have properly help me in placing that's order. But the dress i received is completely different and even defected piece. So i raised an inquiry to return the order and refund the amount of rs. 1499 but i have not heard anything from them. After that any of the number provided showed not existing. Nowhere i can see they can help me.
So i request you to look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.
