Zipker Online Services — return and exchange issue | |||||
I want to return the product of order number[protected]. Zipker 's customercare are not responding to any message. They even blocked me from facebook and other social networks where i have tried to reach them. So i asked for exchange. They agreed on it. They replied to complaint to exchange but they have not told me when and how to return old product so that i can get exchange. They are not responding now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
