I have purchased one product from zipker.com online. The product was not as expected so requested for return. They asked for image of invoice copy, i provided all the details and images. But they are not doing anything about it, have not taken product return back and no compensation.
They are sending me mails saying that your complaint ticket has been resolved. I replied many times that no it has not been resolved.
I tried to reach on the customer care complaint number[protected] but this number is never reachable.
