Zipker Online Services — return the product order no[protected]

The design of the item does not matched with the item delivered to me with the item i ordered in your zipker website. I received the item on 4th october. I mailed in your customer care on 5th october to return the product.in reply from your end i have received a mail also for asking the order no. To collect by your zipker assistant. I send the order no. But till now no correspondence from your zipkar.
