I have order anarkali from zipker.com
The item was very cheap material so i said them to return this and give me refund.
There customer service said share the pic of item, on mail.
Then after sharing return and refund request i got there reply after 4 days.
When i get pick up msg from couriers service that they can't able to find my address.
Even the courier services which they provide is very cheap service. Even there customer service don't have any contact number.
Zipker.com during mobile number for their customer care service
Even most of online shopping company using landlines
But this poor company using mobile instead o[censored]sing landlines.
So from this you just predicte how? There operation are going.
