My oder no is[protected].u ppl said its not but whn i saw its d most cheapest material dat ive ever seen.i need my cash bck...the amount that i have paid its not a small amount so betr look fowrd for this matr o elz im gonna raise a complain against your company..and your phone nunbr also doesnot work .if i knew dis b4 wud not hav odered such expensive cloth from a fraud company!!

Unprofessional team.firstly sends pathetic quality and then refuses to refund the money.doesnt even contact you after u sending endless mails and trying to call that one fake number which they have provided.

Request everyone to never ever order from this site.they are cheaters.
So please be careful before ordering.
What they show on pics is totally different to what they send .

Delivery is not sent on time. The numbers are fake and lines r busy the whole day. Lack of professionalism on your side. If strict action is not taken on time i will post a status on facebook stating these facts and tagging your website. Highly disappointed with your services. I have even written an email and did not get any reply. I want a response at the earliest.

What the hell is this. Zipker is a fake site I have ordered a blue kurti worth 728 . The pic shown was georgette material but the material i recieved was very cheap quality one.all the contacts given are fake Cheated badly looking at my fellow customer responses iam boiling from inside . Lets defame this company .

I (neha negi) ordered a suit (order no:[protected] which was looking very pretty in the picture n i ordered it n they delievered me an unstiched cloth which is improper in length n it could not be stiched n could not make a suit of it... they fooled me. they showed a beautiful picture of the anarkali suit bt delieverd a bloody small peice of cloth to me... i want my money back worth rs 499+150 delievry charges. i want my money back fast including my delievry charges...

Complaint about Zipker.com ... My order num :[protected]. i Have received a different product instead of what i have ordered. I have already mailed to Zipker Team as well as the escalation team. None have come up to resolve the issue.. very bad return policy and does not communicate properly. the phone num mentioned in Site never works.. also they dont respond to emails as well.

I have purchased gown from zipker.com. My order No.[protected]. My produts cost is Rs.1149+29 conveinece charge .
On the website gown has peachy pink color but actually it is Rani pink color which does not suit my skin colour . Also it is gown but i am tall enough so it fits me till knee level so the gown look like knew level kurti .I want to return my order and i want my money back.

Please help me to get return my order and my money back. Looking for prompt response.

I have ordered a black coloured suit but they send a blue coloured suit and its stuff is also not good i dnt like the quality of product The threads used for embroidery is not fine its duppatta is not of fine quality overall the product does not cost that much as it is rated i am very disappointed by placing an order i did not get the actual product which i have ordered

About product return n refund...which I purchased zfashion women blue n white gown...material is not at all good n size is very small...n paid rs 1100 ...till now I did not get any of the respond I got only automated mail about ticket raised...7 days had been completed..I request u to pls close this issue as soon as possible

I bought a party wear pink saree with sku code P3112 worth Rs. 1969 plus other charges from zipker.com and it was delivered to me on 10 sept morning but the quality of the saree was not upto mark and so i thought of exchanging or returning it and so i went through their return and exchange policies and did as required at the earliest ...i posted queries on their help desk i.e zipker.freshdesk.com and the ticket no. are 1783 and 1956 ...also i sent pictures of the item to be exchanged with all reasons and details as asked by nupur prajapati- the one dealing with my queries but apart from acknowledgment i got no other response...it has ben three days and nothing done till now i mail them daily but no response till now i have, mailed them 10 times and not only this i even rang them up many times ([protected]) but it is always busy or off i even sent msgs but still no reply their head office is at ganga nagar, new delhi...plz do something and hlp me if not return then atleast hlp me getting this item exchanged...

Please close this company as they are cheating every one by showing good pics of clothes and wrn ordered fake cheap colour and material... Wen try to return they say i[censored] don't like we can't help...plzzz save others from this fake website ...google must not entertain such fake things with out verifying plz chack them out and ban the company...
