I have bought a dress from zipker.com and paid through cod. I was happy initially with the shipping because it takes total 3 daysto arrive at my home but after opening the packet i noticed that dress quality is very bad and not up to the mark so i launched a return request against the product but after a week still i am not getting the proper response from them what should i do please help me.
