Zipker — product not delivered /refund

I ordered product from zipkar as my order no. Is[protected] but yet product is not delivered nor my return request is proceeded.

I need my product delivered so that i can return request and i need my money refund.

As this site is totally unsatisfied.

I am regular customer of online shopping. I didn't faced this type of issues from another app.
But i am feeling very regret and disappointed to did online shopping from zipkar.
First experience and worst experience but anyway i want to get back my money.

So how many times i have to try so many times i called but no one response.

Updated by pratipreetgupta All the wrong product are delivered to me against the.images were shown on zipker site during the placing of orders.

I am very surprised how it is possible and zipker can do this i have filed return request but that js showing under pending status how it will be proceed although pick up of return request is not proceeded yet.

I need resolution on this urgently as my time is wasting on this only.
No right product is delivered, not a quality products and no contact, easy return service is available.

As i trying not any single no. Is correct all are coming switch off and out of reach.

I have to take some action if they will not refund my money immediately

Updated by pratipreetgupta Totally fraud company.cheat company if you try cash on delivery they call and tell plz proceed with prepaid after that switch off their cell phone.. Who is supporting this company. Guys hit this company badly so that this type of making fool to people they couldn't do
