Ziwra — wrong product delivered.. not able to return it.

I ordered one Saree from this online, but I got wrong product, now I m trying to call but no use n mail I sent that also fake, ... Pls don't cheat us, I need my money back I don't want your product...

Please don't make fool.i ever seen such a worst shopping experience with you.I ordered a saree from this site, but i got the completely wrong product, and when i want to return it, there is no way to contact them, please help me.
Even when I visited their site ziwra.com, it is quite attractive but totally fake.. The contact no. shown is an ISD no..
And when i sent them a mail, then their email id was also fake.

I ordered a saree from this sieraden website on facebook advertising, i received my order, but cheap product is given and wrong product is delivered. The quality of saree is very bad. Now i request to refund my money back but can't reach the website. No customer care number is mentioned on the website. So iam very helpless, please send my order saree otherwise refund the same of rs.629/-. My order no.31136 date 29.12.17...
