I had booked a stay at Zolo Platinum City, Bangalore from 7th April to 7th June 2023 for 2 months, very clearly stating the duration of the internship. I wasn't informed about initiating notice through the app, nor was it mentioned in the agreement. The only information provided by the staff was that of KYC and to get the room booked and rent payed, not providing the promised room too. I had taken communicated the duration of stay and taken it on the very condition and communicated it verbally several times later about the exit date. Customer care in this regard said don't worry the amount will be refunded, but after the exit the property manager and his staff started denying it completely as it would be his fault that he didn't inform it to me, even the exit and checkout process through the app was not explained even after asking several times. The staff only cares and supports up to the point of getting customers hooked and rent paid, after that harasses customers for raising ticket for cleaning, falsely claims deposit amount for damages, withholds information on purpose, misbehaves, threatens to fraud people. I have done several calls and mails, but to no avail. It has been so long. Request you to kindly return my security deposit of Rs.10000k asap and train the staff better to not harass customers.
