As mentioned in the attached final settlement copy, rupees 2061 is charged as Electricity charges for the month of February for which I have already paid along with February month rent.

Attached receipt confirm 1809 is EB charges for the month of February for which I have already paid. This a duplicate/incorrect charge for which I am not getting any response from Zolo stays.

I have stayed in Zolo Themis of Bangalore. Rent is 7000 its ok for my budget, it doesnot include food, u hav to subscribe for it separately. On the 7th day of subscription I got Hair in my meal box. Electricity charges for single room consists of light and fan and charging of mobiles. For a room of 2 people, where we go to offices daily, we got a bill of 1500rs. This is a daylight ripoff. The customer service is too worst, without generating an invoice they sent me bill of 750rs. When i asked to show my invoice, they said we dont have!!! stupidity at PhD level. Charging 2300 exit charges. Property manager Rajmani has no accountability. He dont even know how to speak with customers. Literally zolo is recruiting rowdies. They are charging more than tariff mentioned by BESCOM.

I was staying at Zolo Hibsiscus, Bangalore for a week and the place was unhygienic and unsanitary.

I have exited the zolo as on 20.03.2022, but I havenot received my refund yet .I have called customer care many times, they have informed me that refund will be credited, but the same is not credited yet within time and unknown charges were being said it will be deducted from refund without information while onboarding

I am currently a tennat of zolo stays and the contract through which I came stated that per month 8000/- shall be charged as rent exclusive of Electricity bill.

From April 2021 they have started incurring extra 500/- charge on the initial 8000/- charge on the pretext of Covid-19.

There. is no extra-ordinary steps being taken for which they have started charging. Already the current situation is harrassing people's mental health and top of it they are extracting more money in such difficult situations and they continue to do so.

From past 4 months i and others are being forced to pay 500/- extra which is not at all acceptable.

Zolo Stays, is charging additional electricy charges as fixed charge/common area electricity charges to tenants during lockdown despite charging tenants at the highest rate per unit of Rs.8.5 per unit(commercial rate) to compensate for their losses. There is a court order which states clearly that Zolo cannot charge the tenants anything more than 8.5 per unit consumed by the tenant and that it is a legal offence. Despite the court order Zolo is still imposing this amount on the tenants.

Tenants are being charged additional amount of rs.419 from jul 2020 for common area electricity bill charges in addition to the actual electricity usage of the tenants...

It's been 14 days since i checked out of the zolo property.
They have not refunded my security deposit, despite promising to do so in 7 days.
