Incident -
There is a lack of service provided by the Zolo property, specifically - Zolo Templar . The bio-metric system at the main door is not working and the CCTV Cameras are not recording any footage. Due to this lack of service, there was a laptop stolen from my room. As the security was not proper, there is a threat as well for the residents. The laptop was stolen when the resident was asleep in the room and in case the resident would have woken up, the incident could have been much severe then a theft.
The Property manager is not taking accountability for security breach. There is no recording footage of CCTV to check for investigation.
The property manager is also not cooperating with investigation as he was unreachable on the day of incident.
The customer care executive even failed to provide resolution and refused to share the Property manager's reporting/ superior Manager's Number.
Desirable Resolution - Compensation for loss of property due to improper service provided by Zolo.
