Zolostays are charging an extra 500/- every month from May 2021 in the name of Covid-19 special charges which are not mentioned anywhere on the rental agreement.

These charges are applied without the customer's consent.

Upon paying full rent plus the Electricity charges, customers are forced to pay these covid charges every month.

This is a pure violation of the Rental Agreement between the tenant...

This is Vikash Gupta from Jaipur, living in zolostays property ZOLO INSPIRE Chennai, on 23/03/21 at midnight two stranger came into my room and they stolen my mobile, 4300/- cash, earphone, power bank . I living in a Unisex PG hostel and just for safety & security reason I chooses this property because By Tamilnadu Government it is mandatory to have security guards in girls & unisex PG hostel and there was no security guard at the time of incident and right now also they are doing nothing to cure this type of incident apart from this at that day main door was also unlocked of this property and now they are denying to take responsibility for that incident. I personally stunt how they guys are running PG hostel without security guards after the strict guidelines from the government and they don't have any responsible person in this PG. I filled a Police complaint reference number LAV21042268 for the same but nothing is happen from there side also. I need your support to get solution because it may be a planning to do this kind of activity that's why they didn't fix a guard there and knowingly unlocked the main door for theft.

This is Mrityunjay from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh currently residing at Zolostays Property - ZOLO INSPIRE Room no - 109. 2 strangers entered into my room on 23rd of March 2021 around 1:30 A.M. and stolen my stuffs like Mobile, Power bank & cash of Rs. 3600/. We have already filed an online complaint on the website of Commissioner of Tamilnadu but nothing had happened till date. Here no security guard was provided before and after the incident...

Hi,
I live in a zelo pg. (Sheldon's spot) pune. It's a men's hostel. I pay monthly ₹6000 for a single bed here. We the residents of zelo are served poor quality of food. The food is very unhygienic. We found cockroaches and other insects in our food on monthly basis. We had tried getting in contact with the concerned management however they were very rude. The food manager took the evidence along with him on all the occassions. The management has tried everything to supress our voice.
Please look into this as this could lead to a serious health issue for anyone living in this pg.
