Zolostays are charging an extra 500/- every month from May 2021 in the name of Covid-19 special charges which are not mentioned anywhere on the rental agreement.

These charges are applied without the customer's consent.

Upon paying full rent plus the Electricity charges, customers are forced to pay these covid charges every month.

This is a pure violation of the Rental Agreement between the tenant...

I live in a zelo pg. (Sheldon's spot) pune. It's a men's hostel. I pay monthly ₹6000 for a single bed here. We the residents of zelo are served poor quality of food. The food is very unhygienic. We found cockroaches and other insects in our food on monthly basis. We had tried getting in contact with the concerned management however they were very rude.
