Zomato And Agarwals Kitchen — supplying spoiled food and not sorry for the same

Have attached the order details. This is about this restaurant supplying stale food. This complaints is regarding the kadhi pakori which was stale and asking the restaurant they blatantly told the curd is sour and we do not have any complaints. Zomato through which this was ordered is just killing time to let the issue die it's own death. There has been e experiences of this restaurant supplying stale food earlier also... The owner should not deny... Because twice he himself has replaced the same...
My concern is how can this people operate like this risking the life of public... This may look to be a small issue from zomato's and restaurants perview but people who have such products later spend considerable amount for getting treated medically.
Wanted to know are these outlets fssai approved, if yes then how is this allowed and if no how can these online food providers tie up with them.
