Rate card issue.I am joined zomato by uber eats n kerala kottayam zone. I am workking with zomato delivery partner as above last 2 years. My touchpoint rate card changed because of taking some leaves. I am hospitalized in that days. I informed the leave to zomato and also informed to team leader ken in kerala kottayam zone to protect my rate card . He promissed me to protect my touchpoint rate card. now my rate card chenged. team leader ken in kerala kottayam zone not helping me to get my touchpoint rate card.
