It's completely dissatisfied products and received damaged one, power bank's back cover look like in open condition already tried to open this and seems like power bank and memory card both are fake, even power bank and card both are not working properly, these items sold by the name of samaung but its a false one, I want to return these Plz arrange the reverse pickup.

I purchased a 128 GB memory card on 12 Feb.the memory found to be duplicate so i want to return my product but company doesn't give any response regarding to memory card
i m also complaint on email given by company but they doesn't reply to request
