Zookr.in — delivered damaged mobile. no return | |||
I have booked a nokia C-03 refurbished mobile through www. zookr.in on 21/12/2018. On 27/01/2019 it is delivered to me. But no bills attached. But the product delivered to me is a damaged one. It is not reading sim card. Touch screen is also not working properly. Immediately i sent a mail to their customer care. They initially asked many requrements like video of mobile functionality, order no etc. I have provide all. Again and again, if i call, they are asking one or other requirements. Atlast today they sent mail that my product is not eligible for return and they sold a product as per the advertisement. But in advertisement no ware they i it is mentioned that it is a TOY phone.
