I have purchased iPhone 6splus on 10/12/2018 from zookr online . Once I have received phone, i opened and put for charge and try to start on, waited two to three hour and take video and photos and send to zookr and informed to customer care also . Since then onwards I am keep sending mails and from zookr side they say, we will resolve problem as soon as possible . Since today nothing has happened . Pls help me
