Zookr.in — mobile handset

I had ordered Nokia 3310 mobile handset online through a website zookr.in, but the product received by me was a fake / duplicate / china clone of the ordered product by the name Classic N3310. Even the tracking details mention that the product shipped is Nokia 3310 but I have received Classic N3310. I am attaching a few photos of the product received by me (The navy blue coloured phone) and also the photos of Nokia 3310 original, owned by one of my friend (Here white in color). it is evident by comparing both the products that The fake product has a lot of difference from the original one and the difference is clearly visible (The back cover, the speaker slot, the size of the screen, the position of logo of the
brand etc).
I had verbal as well as mailed conversation with the website, but they kept on insisting that the product is genuine.
Kindly help me in returning the product and getting my money refunded.
