Dear harish,

As you required some details about the smart watch bought from zookr, i have already sent the details. I didn't get any response or solution from you.

The watch display doesn't show any sings
The card for charging is good, have checked by chraging my mobile.
Hence it's the watch is the problem, could be faulty board, faulty charging socket or batter is missing.
In any case the watch needs immediate replacement, sent return request with the proper smart watch or else return my money back.

You have already made your customer suffer and further do not delay.

It is connected in the usb port and it is not charging, means your watch is faulty. Do not time pass. Solve it immediately.

Previous video was not the charging video so request you to kindly make the video while doing the charging of your watch.
