मैंने 5 Aug 2018 को zookr.in से Multimedia Speaker ख़रीदा था. 10 Aug 2018 को product मिला पर जन बॉक्स खोला तो अन्दर से आवाज आ रही थी, जब मैंने टीक से देखा तो अन्दर टूटा हुवा कुछ नजर आ रहा था .
मुझे zookr वालोने Defective Product, Wrong Product (Model), Dead Product (Product Not Working), , Damaged Product (Physically Damaged) सामान भेजा है .

10 Aug 2018 से उनके customer care से contact कर रहा हु पर फोन उठा नहीं रहे है और mail का भी कुछ जवाब नही दे रहे हैं.

Date: 10/08/2018 Time The afternoon of 1:00 pm, the multimedia Spekaker you have sent is completely bad,

There is some sound from the inside and the speaker is also functioning properly and the voice is not even coming, with AUX also not running.

And the remote is also small.

The Multimedia Speaker and the remote is not the web site you entered.

I bought it for watching photos but this product has sent you poor and bad.

This is all this Issue I

(तारीख 10/08/2018 समय दुपेहेर के 1:00 बजे आपने जो Multimedia Speaker भेज हैं वो पूरी तरह खराब हैं,

अंदर से कुछ तुटने की आवाज रही है और स्पीकर भी ठीक से चालू और आवाज भी आ नाही रही है उसके साथ AUX भी चालू नाही हैं.

और remote भी छोटा हैं.

आप ने जो Web Site पे फ़ोटो डाला था वैसा Multimedia Speaker औरremote नहीं है .

मैंन तो फ़ोटो देख के खरीदा था पर ये product ही आपने खराब और गलत भेजा हैं.

इस मैं इस सब Issue हैं)

1. Defective Product (Software/Functional Issue)

2. Wrong Product (Model)

3. Dead Product (Product Not Working)

4. Damaged Product (Physically Damaged)

I have to return the Multimedia Spekaker ...

Sorry but i did not like it

Let me change the Multimedia tower Spekaker quickly and use the black color Multimedia tower Spekaker
